La Negrita Nitro Anaerobic Natural Typica Mejorado

$68.00

Josh’s Notes:
Smells like a bunch of yellow peaches on bag open. On grind, the smell of black tea and peach, or specifically, peach Snapple tea. On wet, the aroma of jasmine lifts with the vapor, along with the essence of mandarin oranges. In the cup, the taste of American cherries and peach juice. It’s very juicy, very sweet, and very smooth, with a nice round coating mouthfeel. This coffee is also very clean with little funk to speak of; only clear, fruit flavor. The clarity of this coffee makes it stand out as a competition grade offering from Glitch.

Glitch’s Notes:
“Top lot coffee has arrived from La Negrita Farm, which is used in Competition in recent years and is attracting attention.

The farm is located in Tolima, Colombia, surrounded by mountains and faces many valleys, and the region's unique climatic conditions ensure the humidity and warmth needed for coffee cultivation. Farmer Mauricio is also a doctor, and he always keeps innovative attempts and embodies it in both cultivation and processing. It is a farm that constantly continues to challenge and attracts people from all over the world, such as changing the purification method for each production lot.”

Roasted light and spectacularly by our friends at Glitch Coffee and Roasters in Tokyo, Japan, rested for 10 days, then vacuum packed and frozen. I recommend enjoying this coffee right away.
