Josh’s notes:
Strong note of white peach and jasmine flowers on bag open, and the slight funk of lychee. A lovely and soft jasmine flower on grind, and the scent of a high end hotel with good ventilation. On wet, that jasmine note becomes truly glorious, and you begin to get peaches and other stone fruit in the nose. In the cup, stone fruit juiciness is the star, backed with a clean, tea-like presentation. This would make an absolutely killer daily driver.
Apollon’s Gold’s notes:

The Cup Profile
In the cup, this coffee delights with the elegant, vibrant white peach notes that are highly characteristic of the 74158 variety. These delicate fruit flavors are beautifully layered with distinct, aromatic hints of jasmine tea, ultimately culminating in a brilliantly perfumed and lingering lychee finish.”
Roast:
Roasted light and spectacularly by our friends at Apollon’s Gold in Tokyo, Japan, rested for 14 days, then vacuum packed and frozen. I recommend letting this coffee rest an additional 30(ish) days at room temperature after you receive it.
